Business Purpose: Remote work offers flexibility, but at times it can challenge setting boundaries between work and personal life. Employees at times find it difficult to concentrate on work or disconnect from work, leading to burnout or incomplete work.
Learning Goal: The goal of this course is for remote workers, to help minimize distractions and maintain focus, while establishing boundaries and maintaining work-life balance. This training will help provide employees with the knowledge and strategies needed to excel in time management within a remote work environment.
The Process: Utilized the ADDIE model, a systematic instructional design framework, to guide the design process. This involved five phases: Analysis, where I assessed the needs and objectives; Design, where I planned the instructional strategy; Development, where I created the instructional materials; Implementation, where I delivered the instruction; and Evaluation, where I assessed the effectiveness and made necessary adjustments. This structured approach ensured a comprehensive and effective design.
Used Kirkpatrick's level 2 (learning) and level 3 (behavior) evaluation to determined the overall impact on organizational goals. Utilizing this model ensured a thorough evaluation and continuous improvement of the training program.

Business Purpose: This course is designed to support training programs that focus predominantly on adult patients, leading to a lack of practical experience in caring for children and older adults . This can affect their ability to understand age-specific conditions, developmental stages, and special considerations for these populations. Each age group presents unique health challenges and conditions. Without exposure to a variety of patients, new graduates may not be familiar with common pediatric illnesses, geriatric syndromes, or age-related health concerns.
Learning Goal: This course offers virtual classes to newly graduated nurses or physical therapists. This understanding enables them to develop personalized care plans that enhance health and well-being, tailored to each individual's capabilities and preferences.

This process optimizes time and resources while delivering a consistent and satisfying product to meet immediate nutritional needs. Suitable for various consumption scenarios, the PB&J sandwich ensures a reliable, scalable solution for individuals seeking a balanced snack or meal option.
Learning Goal:
Learners will be able to efficiently assemble a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich by identifying and gathering the necessary ingredients, applying spreads evenly, and combining the components to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity. By the end of the lesson, they should demonstrate the ability to produce a well-balanced PB&J sandwich, meeting quality standards in both presentation and taste.
